Every organization needs to publish documents on its website either for staff or clients or both.
The RecFind 6 Product Suite includes several add-on products for this purpose.
Obviously, the documents you need to publish are all managed in the RecFind 6 relational database. By using RecFind 6 and one of the above add-on products you can easily ensure that only the most recent document is published and that only those authorised to see it can actually view it.

As a guideline, here are some of the things you need to think about:
Do you want people to logon before they can see information or do you want to skip logons?
Do you need to publish general information, e.g., policy documents to staff, or do you wish to publish client specific information, e.g., my rate notice, my complaint, my case, etc.?
Do you want just a link on your web page or do you want to design an interactive web page?
For example, if you want to control access with logons and publish client specific information from an interactive web page then you will need the RecFind 6 Web Services API.
