Sydney 20 November, 2007
Internationally recognised standards ratings organisation, Dun & Bradstreet have certified Australian company Knowledgeone Corporation (K1Corp) among the ‘top 20% global performers’, as part of its Open Ratings/Past Performance Evaluator (PPE) Program Survey.
According to Leo Alvarez from the Winvale Corporation, responsible for the study, the organisation’s PPE score of 93/100 demonstrates outstanding overall customer satisfaction relative to similar companies.
“Knowledgeone Corporation has a fantastic performance rating of 93% with no negative feedback received. It is an excellent result,” he said.
The results are based on the performance of Knowledgeone’s International Support Centre, based in North Sydney. The PPE Survey looks at ratings given by the organisation’s global customer base. The Customer satisfaction metrics used in the evaluation include reliability, cost, order accuracy, quality, responsiveness and customer support.
CEO, Knowledgeone, Frank McKenna said that the certification is in recognition of the consistency in customer service and support provided by his team at the North Sydney Support Centre.
Many of these customers have been with Knowledgeone for at least 10 years.
“And, while based overseas, the majority of these customers are managed locally through our Australian based support centre,” he said.
Mr McKenna emphasised the importance of this certification as part of the organisations continued plans for growth.
“This evaluation certification is a positive step towards Knowledgeone’s GSA schedule certification in the US. This GSA schedule will allow US Federal Government agencies to acquire Knowledgeone software solutions without having to go through an arduous tender process,” he explained. “It is a very significant achievement for us.
“Our Support Centre Manager, Jonathan Scowen has done an excellent job in developing the Centre to this caliber,” he added.
