27 January, 2009: Coincident with the release of our latest and greatest product
RecFind 6, we are pleased to announce a significant increase in

2. New Business Development Manager
We are most pleased to announce the appointment of Ross Egerton
as the new Business Development Manager for Victoria.
Ross can help you and your business leaders better understand
the opportunities ECM provides. He enjoys working with customers
in developing strategies to ensure the right mix of business
solutions achieves the best possible outcomes for your
organisation. Ross is also passionate Sailboarder and Kite
Surfer.
3. VERS Compliance for our products RecFind & Knowledgeone (K1)
We have been working through 2008 on the changes necessary for
full VERS compliance for our products suites. That work is now
complete and we are now submitting the necessary paperwork in
order to schedule VERS testing and certification as soon as the
VERS team can fit us in.
4. Continued Support
As well as the new Melbourne office our team in Sydney will
continue to look after your needs as they have for the last 25
