The RecFind 6 Button is the world’s easiest to use electronic document capture tool.

You work from within the host application, no need to switch to RecFind 6.

The RecFind 6 Button is a lightweight desktop app for document management, document check-in, document check-out, document imaging, etc. Integrated with MS Office and Outlook. Specifically designed for customers that prefer to capture electronic documents and emails manually while working within the source application, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook.

The Button ‘sits in’ your native application (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint ) and allows you to quickly and easily capture any electronic document and store and index it into the RecFind 6 database in its native format.

The RecFind 6 Button also includes additional electronic document management functionality including Searching, Check In, Check Out for electronic documents stored in RecFind 6 plus Document Scanning for desktop scanning operations.
