Fully Functioned and Extensible Enterprise Content Management

RecFind 6 (RF6) product suite is a fully functioned Enterprise Content Management Solution.

RecFind 6 is the core product of the RecFind 6 Product Suite – it contains most of the functionality for the Suite and contains a complete set of EDRMS features and functionality. It also supports a number of RecFind 6 add-on products for customers that require additional functionality.

RecFind 6 Relational Database – comes free with RecFind 6. A Microsoft SQL Server database optimised for the storage and rapid retrieval of Metadata and any form of electronic document. It has no restrictions on the number of users and no restrictions on database size other than the maximum size of a SQL Server database (524 PB – Petabytes). It is the ideal data and image management repository.

The DRM – comes free with RecFind 6. It allows the customer to change any aspect of RecFind 6 (e.g., business process and data model) at a high level without ever needing changes to source code. Every customer in the world runs the same source code because of the DRM so updates are literally a one button process. This is how we configure RecFind 6 for multiple different customer use cases, e.g., records management, contract management, securities management, mortgage application processing, etc. It is also used to configure the clients (smart and web) and security system. Note, any changes you make in the DRM are automatically reflected in the clients.

Xchange – comes free with RecFind 6. Xchange makes it easy to import data from any source. It is also an integration tool. This is how we pick up any legacy data for a new site or new application and map it to the RecFind 6 relational database.

RecFind 6 was built using the Microsoft .NET model. The RecFind 6 web, called RecFind 7, runs in a browser providing local and remote access for all users using a variety of devices and operating systems including Windows and macOS.
