RecFind-Corporate Lite is a
special edition of RecFind-Corporate
designed especially for the smaller organization looking for a low cost
records and document management solution.
It has been bundled with the Microsoft MSDE SQL engine so you don't have
to worry about acquiring, installing and maintaining a relational
database system like SQL or Oracle. The install program will
automatically install and configure the MSDE database engine.
It can also be loaded on a normal PC and does not need to be loaded on a
specially built server.
It can be ordered for one, two, three, four or five concurrent users.
It is bundled with free support for 1 year via the Knowledgeone website
support page and includes free updates as they become available during
the first year after purchase. Subsequent years support and product
updates can be added by taking out an Automatic Software Upgrade program
(ASU) for either 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.

Scanner: Any TWAIN compatible scanner
Please note:
that MSDE has limitations of 2gb of data and 5 concurrent
workload batches. Should you find these limitations effecting
your use of RecFind-Corporate Lite your system will need
upgrading to a higher edition of Microsoft SQL Server. Your
existing RecFind MSDE database can be easily upgraded insuring
that there is no loss of data.
Concurrent User License
A concurrent user license refers to the total number of people
using an application simultaneously. If a customer has a 3
concurrent user license, RecFind will continually count the
number of people ‘signed-on’. It will allow a maximum of 3
people to sign on at any one point in time and no more.
