11. When I log into RecQuery-TC I get ASP error 0115

Symptom
When trying to connect to the RecQuery-TC web site, 'ASP error 0115' is displayed.

Cause
Unknown.

Solution
Start Internet Service Manager, right click on the RecQuery-TC web and select properties. Click on the 'Home Directory' Tab. Place a tick in the 'Run in separate memory space' check box as shown below.

Stop and then restart the RecQuery-TC web service for the changes to take effect.
