One copy of RecFind 6 happily runs multiple content management applications concurrently, for example, contracts management, asset management, email management, records management and help desk management.

Any application is easily partitioned using the RecFind 6 Security System so that access is restricted to its application users making it appear to be a discrete, separate application.

RecFind 6 is also multi-lingual, able to support any language and multiple languages concurrently. This multi-language functionality also supports the automatic indexing of all text of any language, including for example, Mandarin.
